Hargraves stands convicted of aggravated sexual assault. After a finding of guilty by the jury, the trial court assessed punishment at forty-five (45) years in the Texas Department of Corrections. In two points of error, appellant contends that: (1) the evidence is insufficient to support the conviction and (2) the admission of an extraneous offense involving an assault and attempted robbery on a different complainant constituted reversible error...
