OPINION

FENDER, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from conviction of Timothy Shawn Hewitt of the offense of being intoxicated while operating a motor vehicle in a public place. See TEX.REV.CIV. STAT.ANN. art. 6701l-1(b) (Vernon Supp. 1987). Trial was to a jury. Punishment was fixed at 180 days in jail plus a $500.00 fine, both probated. Appellant alleges some twelve points of error.

We affirm.
