Defendant-Appellant, Marvin R. Hutcherson, was convicted by a Marion County jury of two (2) counts of dealing in a schedule II controlled substance, a class B felony. The jury also determined that Appellant was a habitual offender. The trial court sentenced Appellant to fifteen (15) years for each count of dealing, enhancing the first count by thirty (30) years based on the habitual offender finding.
