Calvin Leaders and Dorothy Leaders, husband and wife, and Gerald A. Leaders and Ardythe Leaders, husband and wife, appeal from a final judgment entered in the District Court1 for the Southern District of Iowa in favor of International Harvester Credit Corporation (IHCC). IHCC brought this diversity action to enforce a guarantee agreement between appellants and IHCC. Appellants were found liable for $935,826.64...
