Plaintiff James D. Robinson appeals from the judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court in favor of all defendants. We affirm.

Robinson was employed by Fleck, Inc., a corporation that manufactured and sold fishing lures. In September 1976, the corporate stock of Fleck was sold, with the purchase agreement listing Robinson and defendant Howard Edelman as purchasers.
