Florence Berger appeals the order of a magistrate affirming the Secretary's final decision that she owes the Social Security Administration (SSA) $29,458.90 for retirement benefits that were improperly paid to her because she understated her earnings income. Upon consideration of the parties' briefs and the record of the administrative proceedings, we find that the amount of overpayment is supported by substantial evidence and accordingly affirm...
