Plaintiff, Scott Duhon, brought suit against his former employer, Acadiana Transmissions and its alleged insurer, Westmoreland Casualty Company, for workmen's compensation benefits, penalties, and attorney's fees. From a judgment dismissing his claim, the plaintiff appeals. We affirm the trial court's determination that plaintiff was disabled through April 22, 1985, but no longer.
