IN RE HOWARD

OSB 84-146, 85-22; SC S32207.

743 P.2d 719 (1987)

304 Or. 193

In re Complaint As to the Conduct of Martin J. HOWARD, Accused.

Supreme Court of Oregon, In Banc.

Decided October 6, 1987.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Martin J. Howard, Portland, pro se.

Mark J. Fucile and Gregory R. Mowe, Portland, for Oregon State Bar.

PER CURIAM.

The principal issue is whether the accused should be suspended or disbarred for violations of various disciplinary rules in the Code of Professional Responsibility. Two members of the trial panel of the disciplinary board decided that the accused be "permanently disbarred," and the third member, concurring in the findings of violations of the disciplinary rules, would have decided that the accused be suspended for three years.1
