This is an appeal by Peter's Farm Condominium Owners Association ("PFCA"), from the district court's order denying its motion for a new trial. We must determine whether the district court erred in denying PFCA's motion to strike the economic expert's trial testimony for want of foundation, thereby rendering necessary a new trial on the damages issue...
