Southside National Bank brought an action to recover funds paid by cashier's check purchased with funds withdrawn from an account of Mr. and Mrs. Hepp in which there were insufficient funds. The trial court sustained the bank's summary judgment motion. The Court of Appeals, Eastern District, reversed and remanded.
