The plaintiff is an inmate at the Wisconsin Correctional Institution (WCI) in Waupun, Wisconsin. He brought this suit against the Superintendent of WCI claiming that the defendant violated his due process rights by improperly processing certain disciplinary conduct reports as major rather than minor offenses and by failing to provide adequate statements of the evidentiary bases for finding him guilty...
