This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of the defendants, Gulf Life Insurance Company and Timothy Webb. We affirm.

On January 11, 1984, Gulf Life Insurance Company, through its agent Timothy Webb, sold an accident insurance policy to the plaintiff, William Coleman.
