I respectfully dissent to this Court denying appellant's motion for rehearing because I believe that the issue that is presented in this cause greatly concerns many citizens of this State, as to whether they might serve as jurors where it is shown that they have previously been it is shown that they have previously been convicted of the Class C misdemeanor...
