This case involves the question of whether the driver of an automobile, and his mother who owned the automobile, which was involved in an accident causing injuries to the plaintiff, had insurance coverage at the time of the accident under a family automobile liability insurance policy issued to the driver's father. The father was also the husband of the owner of the car.
