This is an original petition brought to this Court under V.R.A.P. 21. Substantively, it is directed at actions of the then presiding judge of Lamoille Superior Court, as well as at that court itself. The relief sought is in the nature of prohibition in that it seeks to forestall certain actions of the presiding judge and the court which have been proposed by those defendants, and which the plaintiffs contend are unwarranted...
