On April 27, 1987, this Court heard oral argument on defendants' motion for summary judgment. Having read the papers submitted and considered the arguments therein, the Court filed a Memorandum of Decision on May 8, 1987 denying the motion as to plaintiff's federal claims, and granting the motion as to the pendent state claims.
