These consolidated appeals are from summary judgments in favor of defendants Charles Conaway, Mike McCowan, and Clayton Sherrod. We affirm.

The appellant, Peggy Morgan, was employed as a part-time waitress at the Tara House Restaurant in Homewood, Alabama, when she was injured on May 26, 1979.
