Plaintiff, Emil Magliocco, Jr., (landlord) appeals the judgment of the trial court awarding defendant, Thomas R. Olson (tenant), damages on his counterclaim for trespass. He asserts the trial court erred: (1) by determining he had trespassed on tenant's leasehold and (2) by denying him award of costs and attorney fees.
