Abrahams, an attorney, appeals from an order entered in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota awarding $5,000 in attorney fees to the World Hockey Association (WHA) and the National Hockey League (NHL) and imposing a $5,000 fine to be paid to the WHA and NHL.
