SAM BASS, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for driving while intoxicated. After the appellant's motion to suppress evidence was overruled, he entered a plea of nolo contendere. Pursuant to a negotiated plea bargain, the court assessed appellant's punishment at 120 days confinement, probated for two years, and a $300 fine.
