Defendants, Lewis D. Crockett and Ruth Emma Crockett, pleaded guilty to an indictment charging conspiracy and possession with intent to distribute marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841, 846 and 18 U.S.C. § 2. The pleas were entered with a reservation of the right to appeal the district court's denial of defendants' motion to suppress marijuana and other evidence seized from premises owned or leased by defendants.
