STEPHENS, Justice.

Michael Ray King appeals his conviction for driving while intoxicated. The jury assessed punishment at thirty days' confinement, probated for two years, a fine of five hundred dollars, and suspension of King's driver's license for one year. Although appellant asserts nine points of error on appeal, we find his first point of error dispositive.
