PER CURIAM:
Appellant murdered his wife, Toy Williams, by shooting her six times with a handgun. Prior to the shooting, he had obtained a $150,000 insurance policy on her life, in addition to $70,000 in previously existing insurance. Appellant had also attempted to hire an assassin; in the process, he explained precisely how he wanted his wife's murder effectuated.
