Earl Williams pled guilty to one count of aggravated assault. The district judge imposed a five-year indeterminate sentence and he retained jurisdiction for 120 days under I.C. § 19-2601(4). At the end of the 120-day period, the judge relinquished jurisdiction, allowing the prison sentence to continue.
