This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Mobile County against plaintiff, Lady Corinne Trawlers, Inc. We affirm.

On October 20, 1983, plaintiff corporation filed suit against several defendants for damages allegedly sustained as a result of "breakdowns" of its fishing vessel, the "Lady Corinne."
