Apache Trading Corporation (Apache), Kevin Lynn and Mike Safer petition this court to review a reparation award in favor of Harvey Toub entered by an administrative law judge (ALJ) with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Apache, Lynn and Safer contend that the weight of the evidence does not support the ALJ's verdict and that the ALJ abused his discretion in his scheduling of the hearing. We find the petitioners' contentions unsupported...
