Plaintiff, Metro Chevrolet, Inc. (Metro), brought this action under section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185, to vacate an arbitration award ordering the reinstatement of two employees who had been discharged for unauthorized absence from work. The discharge was submitted to arbitration pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement between Unión de Tronquistas de Puerto Rico...
