MAUS, Judge.

Defendant was charged with the misdemeanor of possession of marijuana in violation of § 195.020, RSMo Cum.Supp.1984. In a jury waived trial, the court found him guilty. He was sentenced to pay a fine of $150 and to serve 60 days in the county jail. The jail sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on probation for a period of two years.
