This appeal arises from a suit filed on behalf of plaintiff/appellant, Marjorie Montegut Sutton (Sutton) to annul a probated testament on the ground that the testator, Walton Montegut (Montegut) was of unsound mind and lacked the physical and mental capacity to make a will. The trial judge granted the motion for involuntary dismissal urged by the defendants/legatees and executor after Sutton rested her case. Sutton now appeals the dismissal. We affirm...
