The determinative issue in this workers' compensation appeal is whether the trial judge erred in dismissing Plaintiff's suit for failure to notify her employer in accordance with T.C.A. § 50-6-201. The injury occurred before July 1, 1985, therefore, on review the findings of fact by the trial judge are set aside only if there is no material evidence supporting the judgment or decree.
