Jack Grynberg, Celeste Grynberg, and Grynberg Petroleum Company (Grynberg) sought to enforce in Texas a domesticated Colorado default judgment against Eric Christiansen by filing a notice to take deposition of a nonparty, Jorgen Christiansen.
