Ricardo Beraun-Panez was charged with setting fire to vegetation on property owned by the United States, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1855. Upon Beraun-Panez's motion, the district court suppressed his statements to two law enforcement officials who failed to provide the warnings required by Miranda v.
