Applicant files this application for a post conviction writ of habeas corpus pursuant to Art. 11.07, V.A.C.C.P. Applicant alleges that the trial court erroneously included in the judgment of conviction an affirmative finding that applicant used a deadly weapon in the commission of the offense.
