This is a summary judgment case. The trial court granted partial summary judgment for Moore McCormack Petroleum, Inc. (MMP) on the ground that certain claims of CKB & Associates, Inc. (CKB) were barred by a prior settlement agreement. The court of appeals, in an unpublished opinion, affirmed the judgment of the trial court.
