OPINION

BENCH, Judge:

Defendant appeals a trial court judgment for money due plaintiff under a subcontract agreement. We affirm.

Plaintiff Seashores Inc. operates a sheet metal fabrication shop. Defendant Glen W. Hancey operates a plumbing and heating business called Hancey Plumbing and Heating.
