This case arises out of a subrogation claim. On April 4, 1984, property owned by Guy Olano, Jr. and John Ancani was damaged because of fire. At the time, the property was insured against fire by Fireman's Fund Insurance Company of California. Fireman's Fund paid Olano and Ancani $9,053.84, pursuant to the policy and later filed suit against the lessees, Sandra Lee, Steve Ziko, Nancy Ziko and their insurer, Prudential Property and Casualty Insurance...
