The appellant, Michael D. Fitzhugh, was convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. On appeal, Fitzhugh argues the trial judge did not use his discretion in sentencing, photographs and exhibits were improperly admitted, and a directed verdict should have been granted. We find these arguments are meritless and affirm.
