This cause of action arose out of a series of automobile repairs performed from June 1983, through September 20, 1983, by Naco Brake & Alignment on an automobile owned by Ronald B. Mayes and wife, Jay S. Mayes (hereinafter collectively referred to as Mayes). The original suit, alleging conversion and other causes of action, was filed by Mayes against Lester L.
