These cases arose from a single tragic automobile accident in which Crystal Roper and Rod Cran, two minor teenagers, were killed and Mrs. Ivy Hodgin injured. Crystal and Rod were the only two occupants of the vehicle (owned by defendant George Templet) which veered into oncoming traffic on U.S. Highway 90 and collided with the Hodgin automobile. The big question in this litigation is which teenager was driving at the time. Crystal's parents filed suit...
