These cross-appeals are before the court for a second time. See Payne v. Payne, 695 S.W.2d 494 (Mo.App.1985). When the appeals were first submitted we concluded the judgment was ineffective as a final judgment. The appeals were dismissed. The trial court's findings have been amended and the appeals are again before us. Unfortunately, an extended and somewhat repetitious statement of the facts is necessary...
