This is a wrongful death case. The appellant, Nadine Burkett, brought the action as administratrix of the estate of the decedent, Ray Burkett, who died February 14, 1983. Named as defendants were PPG Industries, Inc., Parker Solvents Company, Inc., and Diaz Refinery, Inc., which allegedly made and sold an industrial solvent the decedent used in his work as an employee in Central Molony Transformer, Inc.
