A grand jury has returned a twenty-five count superseding indictment against defendants Jay Turoff, Alan Silver, Harriet Silver, and Herman Schwartz. Before the court are various pretrial motions by each of the defendants. Each defendant joins in his co-defendants' motions to the extent those motions are not incompatible with his own position.
