Two separate lawsuits were filed as a result of an automobile accident which occurred on August 2, 1984. The first was filed by Kenneth and Sondra Boyter on October 31, 1984. On December 3, 1984, Robert Reid, Jr. and his wife, Willie Reid, filed suit. The Reids entered into a settlement prior to the beginning of trial with Liberty Mutual, the insurer of Blazer Construction Co., Inc. The Boyters entered into a settlement agreement with Liberty Mutual...
