This is an appeal from a judgment in a suit on a promissory note. The maker of the note is The Airplane Company, a partnership composed of Donald K. Crawford and William Allison, Jr. The note was guaranteed by Shelcy Mullins, Sr., Shelcy Mullins, Jr., and The Tractor Company.
