OPINION

ROBERTSON, Justice.

The jury rejected appellant's plea of not guilty to the charge of burglary of a habitation, found he had twice previously been convicted of burglary of a habitation and thus assessed punishment at confinement for life. Issues on appeal concern the sufficiency of the evidence, effective assistance of counsel, admissibility of evidence and jury argument. We affirm.
