FLAUM, Circuit Judge.

Michael Lamb appeals from the dismissal of his civil rights suit. The district court dismissed the suit, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6), for failure to state a claim on which relief can be granted. Because Lamb's complaint does not state a claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, we affirm the judgment of the district court.
