Officials of the Humnoke School District No. 5 of Lonoke County, Arkansas, appeal from a district court1 decision finding them liable for violating students' and parents' rights under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985 and the fourteenth amendment and setting forth a procedure to begin redressing the violations. On motion of appellees, we dismiss the appeal without prejudice as premature.
