This suit arose out of an automobile accident which occurred on February 26, 1981. Plaintiff, Elizabeth A. Mohr, has appealed from the judgment dismissing her suit against defendants, Jerry Stelly, Keith Trahan, Acme Truck Lines, Inc., and Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York.
