The defendant, Ronald Wiley, and a codefendant, Bobby Jefferson, were charged by bill of information with possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of La.R.S. 40:967. Prior to trial the defendants filed separate motions to suppress physical evidence seized pursuant to their arrest.
