This appeal is from an order of the trial court denying a temporary injunction. Relying on a covenant not to compete in an employment contract, appellant, Orkin Exterminating Co., Inc. ("Orkin"), had sued to enjoin its former employee, appellee Leo S. Resurreccion, from working for a competitor.

We affirm.
